dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de grado analiza la incidencia del régimen marcario en los contratos de franquicia comercial y su impacto en el desarrollo de operaciones de comercio internacional. El estudio se enfoca en cómo la protección y gestión de marcas influye en la expansión de las franquicias a nivel global, facilitando o dificultando el comercio transfronterizo. Se examinan los aspectos legales y comerciales de los contratos de franquicia, considerando las normativas internacionales y nacionales que regulan el uso de marcas. A través de un análisis comparativo y estudios de caso, se identifican las mejores prácticas y desafíos que enfrentan las franquicias en distintos mercados. El objetivo es proporcionar una comprensión integral de cómo el régimen marcario puede optimizar el crecimiento de las franquicias y fomentar un comercio internacional más eficiente y seguro.spa

The study focuses on how trademark protection and management influences the expansion of franchises at a global level, facilitating or hindering cross-border trade. The legal and commercial aspects of franchise contracts are examined, considering the international and national regulations that govern the use of trademarks. Through a comparative analysis and case studies, the best practices and challenges faced by franchises in different markets are identified. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how trademarks can optimise the growth of franchises and foster more efficient and secure international trade.spa
