dc.description.abstractLa búsqueda de situaciones de explotación en las resoluciones de la Dirección Territorial Santander del Ministerio de Trabajo que se aproximaran a las modalidades de trata de personas, permitió iniciar un análisis de la brecha existente entre el abordaje de la trata de personas, el mercado laboral y la protección social. Las violaciones a la legislación laboral identificadas, si bien no constituyen trata de personas, sí reflejan un déficit de trabajo decente en la estructura del mercado laboral que hace más proclives a sus habitantes a trabajar por la sobrevivencia material en condiciones que vulneran sus derechos.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe search for the closest situations of exploitation regarding the modalities of human trafficking inside the resolutions of the Ministry of Employment at Santander's Territorial Direction allowed the beginning of an analysis of the existing breach among the way to address human trafficking, the labor market, and the social protection. The identified violations to the labor law, although not representing directly human traffic, do reflect indeed a deficit of decent employment inside the structure of the labor market, making their inhabitants more inclined to working for their survival in conditions that violate their rights.eng
