dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación es valorar el impacto psicológico del trauma en niños y adolescentes, víctimas de violencia en el municipio de Bucaramanga; Establecer el nivel de desempeño cognitivo y emocional e identificar diferencias en el desempeño y respuesta emocional. Metodología: se empleo casos y controles; La muestra utilizada fue:(N=24) niños y adolescentes, n=12 niños/as abusados y n=12 niños/as no abusados sexualmente de los estratos sociales uno y dos. Los instrumentos que se utilizaron son: Niveles de inteligencia emocional (wisc-r), El cuestionario MOS de apoyo social, BAS que es una Batería de Socialización, TMMS-24 que mide temperamento, EATQ-NA es una prueba metacognitiva y entrevista sociodemográfica. En los Resultados se realizo un análisis bivariado; prueba t para comparar las medias de los grupos. Por medio de esta investigación se pudo evidenciar que los niños y adolescentes que son victimas de violencia sexual en el municipio de Bucaramanga presentan un bajo desarrollo cognitivo y emocional con relación a los niños y adolescentes que no han sido victimas de violencia sexual ya que el grupo de niños victimas de violencia presentaron un CI de 88.42 (media grupal) y 12.93 (desviación), que es bajo con relación a los otros niños que no han sido victimas de violencia sexual y que su CI fue de 94.92 (media grupal) y 12.97 (desviación).spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this research is to assess the impact psychological trauma in children and adolescents, victims of violence in the municipality of Bucaramanga; Establish the level of cognitive and emotional performance and identify differences in performance and emotional response. Methodology: cases and controls were used; The sample used was: (N=24) children and adolescents, n=12 children abused and n=12 non-sexually abused children of the social strata one and two. The instruments that used are: levels of emotional intelligence (wisc-r), The MOS social support questionnaire, BAS which is a Battery of Socialization, TMMS-24 that measures temperament, EATQ-NA is a metacognitive test and sociodemographic interview. In the Results a bivariate analysis was carried out; t-test to compare the means of the groups. through this investigation it was possible to show that children and adolescents who are victims of sexual violence in the municipality of Bucaramanga present a low development cognitive and emotional relation to children and adolescents who have not been victims of sexual violence since the group of child victims of violence presented an IQ of 88.42 (group mean) and 12.93 (deviation), which is low in relation to the other children who have not been victims of sexual violence and that their IQ was 94.92 (group mean) and 12.97 (deviation).spa
