| dc.description.abstract | En trozo de una sentencia de las miles que salen en el país durante un año en la rama jurisdiccional, dictada en un juicio por homicidio en accidente de tránsito, dice así: “El apoderado de la parte demandante solicitó que se llamara al señor Pardo Villegas para que absolviera el cuestionario adjunto y para que condenara el mismo señor Villegas a indemnizar por los perjuicios causados con motivo de la muerte que el demandante le ocasionó a su hijo Arnulfo. El mismo apoderado advirtió en la demanda que se concretaba a solicitar la indemnización por culpa civil con expresa prescendencia de la calidad del hecho que la origina’’. | spa |
