| dc.description.abstract | En el presente documento se desarrolla el trabajo de investigación relacionado a la evaluación de la activación de plaquetas humanas y la liberación de factores de crecimiento (FC). Para esto, se hace uso de dos agentes agonistas derivados de calcio, el cloruro de calcio y el gluconato de calcio. Al evaluar estos dos reactivos, se busca obtener los porcentajes de activación de las poblaciones plaquetarias mediante la exposición de estas a diferentes concentraciones de los agentes en distintos periodos de tiempo. Adicionalmente se establece la cuantificación total de factores de crecimiento obtenidos tras el proceso de activación. | dc.description.abstractenglish | In this document, we develop the research work related to the evaluation of human platelet activation and the release of growth factors (FC). For this, two calcium-derived agonist agents are used, calcium chloride and calcium gluconate. When evaluating these two reagents, it is sought to obtain activation percentages of platelet populations by exposing them to different concentrations of the agents in different periods of time. Additionally, the total quantification of growth factors obtained after the activation process is established.
