| dc.description.abstract | Frente a la variedad de sentidos de la Dinámica de Sistemas en la gestión universitaria, que Se manifiesta tanto en la praxis del Grupo de Investigación en Pensamiento Sistémico (GPS) como en la comunidad internacional de investigadores en Dinámica de Sistemas, aparece la pregunta: ¿cuál de esos sentidos debemos favorecer? ¿Debemos optar por uno? Y, en general, ¿cómo lidiamos con esa diversidad? Cualquier modo de afrontar las anteriores preguntas y otras cercanas, requiere del despliegue de los diferentes sentidos de la Dinámica de Sistemas en la gestión universitaria. Ésta es la tarea central de este proyecto. Con esto se pretende brindar una orientación tanto a la actividad investigativa del GPS como de la comunidad internacional de Dinámica de Sistemas. En concreto, el objetivo general del presente proyecto es el de construir un marco conceptual que permita ordenar la variedad de sentidos de la Dinámica de Sistemas en la gestión universitaria. Y los objetivos específicos son los siguientes: 1) Proponer un marco conceptual constituido por Un conjunto de modos de plantearse el problema de la gestión universitaria con Dinámica de Sistemas. 2) Ilustrar los diferentes modos de problematizar la gestión universitaria con Dinámica de Sistemas, a partir de la distinción de estos modos en los diferentes trabajos en gestión universitaria, realizados por el Grupo de Pensamiento Sistémico. 3) Señalar, a la luz del marco conceptual propuesto, el sentido de algunas experiencias de Dinámica de Sistemas en la gestión universitaria, documentadas en la comunidad internacional sobre el tema. Para lograr los siguientes objetivos, el presente proyecto de investigación, "inspirado" en los lineamientos metódicos de la Sistemología Interpretativa, realizará las siguientes tareas: 1. Recopilación y revisión de los diferentes trabajos sobre el asunto de la gestión universitaria con Dinámica de Sistemas, que han sido realizados en el marco de las actividades del Grupo de Investigación en Pensamiento Sistémico (GPS). 2. Propuesta de un marco conceptual de varios modos de plantearse el problema de la gestión universitaria con Dinámica de Sistemas. 3. Interpretación de la experiencia del GPS sobre el tema de la gestión universitaria con Dinámica de Sistemas. 4. Recopilación y revisión de la documentación sobre trabajos que se han realizado en la comunidad internacional de Dinámica de Sistemas sobre el asunto de la gestión universitaria. 5. Interpretación de la experiencia internacional sobre el asunto de la gestión universitaria con Dinámica de Sistemas. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Faced with the variety of meanings of Systems Dynamics in university management, which is manifested both in the praxis of the Systems Thinking Research Group (GPS) and in the international community of researchers in Systems Dynamics, the question arises: Which of those senses should we favor? Should we opt for one? And, in general, how do we deal with that diversity? Any way of addressing the previous questions and other nearby ones requires the deployment of the different senses of Systems Dynamics in university management. This is the central task of this project. This is intended to provide guidance to both the GPS research activity and the international System Dynamics community. Specifically, the general objective of this project is to build a conceptual framework that allows ordering the variety of meanings of Systems Dynamics in university management. And the specific objectives are the following: 1) Propose a conceptual framework consisting of a set of ways of approaching the problem of university management with System Dynamics. 2) Illustrate the different ways of problematizing university management with Systems Dynamics, based on the distinction of these ways in the different works on university management, carried out by the Systemic Thinking Group. 3) Point out, in light of the proposed conceptual framework, the meaning of some experiences of System Dynamics in university management, documented in the international community on the subject. To achieve the following objectives, this research project, "inspired" by the methodical guidelines of Interpretive Systemology, will carry out the following tasks: 1. Compilation and review of the different works on the subject of university management with Systems Dynamics, that have been carried out within the framework of the activities of the Systemic Thinking Research Group (GPS). 2.
