dc.description.abstractDebido a la importancia que tiene la contabilidad en una empresa y a la ayuda que puede prestar la tecnología en este ámbito, ya que facilita la toma de decisiones en momentos precisos con información fidedigna, real e inmediata, se implementa el WI-MAX, el cual es un software contable de fácil manejo que permite la facilidad y el acceso a la contabilidad en la empresa. Para realizar la implementación del software se tuvo en cuenta el conocimiento a fondo de la empresa, con el fin de parametrizarla de forma eficaz, esto se logro a través de la realizaron de varias visitas a la empresa analizando el entorno que la rodea y la forma en que se lleva la contabilidad. Luego de haber obtenido estos conocimientos se procedió a la parametrización del software, el cual requiere una serie de pasos en el que se aplica el conocimiento del negocio que se obtuvo, pues esta parametrización es individual y diferente para cada empresa, por último se realizó un manual de procedimientos básicos para facilitar el manejo del software en la empresa y se capacito al personal administrativo que debe utilizar este software.spa

To carry out the implementation of the software, in-depth knowledge of the company was taken into account, in order to parameterize it effectively. This was achieved through several visits to the company, analyzing the environment that surrounds it and the way in which accounting is carried out. After having obtained this knowledge, we proceeded to parameterize the software, which requires a series of steps in which the business knowledge that was obtained is applied, since this parameterization is individual and different for each company. Finally, a Basic procedures manual to facilitate the management of the software in the company and the administrative staff who must use this software were trained.spa
