dc.description.abstractLa tradición industrial de PENAGOS HERMANOS se remonta a finales del Siglo XIX, con la conformación de una Sociedad para el estudio, la promoción y ejecución de Proyectos Industriales. Hacia los años cuarenta se hacen las primeras exportaciones de maquinaria agrícola hacia América Latina, estableciendo de esta manera el inicio de la que hoy es reconocida como una de las más extensas y eficientes líneas de comercialización y distribución de productos industriales a nivel internacional. Desde entonces PENAGOS HERMANOS se ha caracterizado por proveer soluciones integrales para el sector indusírial y en especial para la agroindustria, iniciando con la fabricación de trapiches, motores hidráulicos Pelton, tornos, taladros entre otros. Entre los diversos procesos de manuſactura que la empresa maneja, se encuentra el área de Acabado de Piezas, la cual esta encargada de limpiar las piezas terminadas para su proceso de pintado. Me he vinculado a esta área con el ſin de optimizar procesos y mejorar tiempos de producción, esto con herramientas que sean fáciles de utilizar para todos los operarios que trabajan en el proceso de acabado de piezas. Con la ayuda de los operarios, técnicos y gerente de producción, se realizo un trabajo eficaz y así cumplir las meías y objetivos propuesíos para la práctica empresarial en Penagos Hermanos.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe industrial tradition of PENAGOS HERMANOS goes back to the end of the 19th century, with the formation of a Society for the study, promotion and execution of Industrial Projects. Around the forties, the first exports of agricultural machinery to Latin America were made, thus establishing the beginning of what is now recognized as one of the most extensive and efficient lines of commercialization and distribution of industrial products internationally. Since then PENAGOS HERMANOS has been characterized by providing integral solutions for the industrial sector and especially for the agribusiness, beginning with the manufacture of trapiches, Pelton hydraulic motors, lathes, drills, among others. Among the various manufacturing processes that the company manages, is the Parts Finishing area, which is in charge of cleaning the finished parts for their painting process. I have been linked to this area with the aim of optimizing processes and improving production times, this with tools that are easy to use for all the operators who work in the part finishing process. With the help of the operators, technicians and production manager, effective work was carried out and thus meet the goals and objectives proposed for the business practice in PENAGOS HERMANOS.spa
