| dc.description.abstract | La principal habilidad que identifica al ingeniero mecatrónico es su capacidad de abstracción y síntesis frente a un problema de la vida real. Esta capacidad se manifiesta en el proceso de análisis del caso, selección de los procedimientos principales, representación de estos procedimientos. Este proyecto integrador muestra en forma gradual y ordenada, las modelaciones matemáticas, físicas y geométricas básicas para el diseño de una maquina en este caso un contador de monedas. Cada componente de la maquina será mostrada con su funcionamiento mediante diagramas que hacen más fácil el entendimiento de estos. En la nación encontramos bancos los cuales hacen uso de este diseño para clasificar las monedas por si valor y hacer conteo de estas para poder obtener mejor rendimiento al menos costo y a la vez, obtener un proceso de clasificación y conteo optimo de calidad. El objetivo primordial del siguiente proyecto es el de analizar un sistema de conteo y clasificación de monedas que es utilizado a nivel industrial en este caso particular a nivel bancario donde se es necesario realizar la labor de clasificar las monedas y contarlas para poder tener los datos exactos de la cantidad de dinero que hay en diferentes valores de monedas. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The main skill that identifies the mechatronic engineer is his ability to abstract and synthesize when faced with a real-life problem. This ability is manifested in the process of case analysis, selection of the main procedures, representation of these procedures. This integrative project shows, in a gradual and orderly manner, the basic mathematical, physical and geometric modeling for the design of a machine, in this case a coin counter. Each component of the machine will be shown with its operation through diagrams that make it easier to understand them. In the nation we find banks which make use of this design to classify coins by value and count them in order to obtain better performance at the least cost and, at the same time, obtain an optimal quality classification and counting process. The primary objective of the following project is to analyze a coin counting and classification system that is used at an industrial level, in this particular case at a banking level where it is necessary to carry out the work of classifying the coins and counting them in order to have the exact data. of the amount of money in different coin values. | spa |
