dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este trabajo es aportar al hotel San Silvestre de Barrancabermeja Santander, un plan estratégico de sostenibilidad para los próximos cuatro años (2020-2024), buscando satisfacer las necesidades de los Stakeholders y mejorar el rendimiento futuro, que brinde estabilidad operacional, cuidado del medio ambiente, y además refleje un direccionamiento claro en la actividad del Hotel y su plan de acción. Lo que permite deducir indicadores y buenas prácticas de sostenibilidad, en la industria hotelera, se inició con de la revisión sistemática de la literatura (2009 –2019); además valorar el estado actual del Hotel San Silvestre en términos de sostenibilidad, adicionalmente formular un modelo de control de la sostenibilidad para el Hotel San Silvestre a través de un cuadro de mando integral (balance scorecard) e igualmente diseñar una matriz de riesgos-oportunidades para el sector hotelero colombiano en temas de sostenibilidad.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this work is to provide the San Silvestre de Barrancabermeja Santander hotel with a strategic sustainability plan for the next four years (2020-2024), seeking to meet the needs of Stakeholders and improve future performance, which provides operational stability, care of the environment, and also reflects a clear direction in the Hotel's activity and its action plan. This allows us to deduce indicators and good sustainability practices in the hotel industry, began with the systematic review of the literature (2009 –2019); also assess the current state of the Hotel San Silvestre in terms of sustainability, additionally formulate a sustainability control model for the Hotel San Silvestre through a balanced scorecard (balance scorecard) and also design a matrix of risks-opportunities to the Colombian hotel sector on sustainability issues.eng
