| dc.description.abstract | Sobre reforma social agraria, no sólo para investigar sus antecedentes legislativos de hondo contenido social que van desde la iniciación de la propiedad hispánica en Colombia, a partir de 1492, pasando por las primeras leyes republicanas, hasta nuestros días, sino también por la incorporación de enormes extensiones territoriales de propiedad de la nación, cuya finalidad es la de transferirlas a los particulares generalmente por el modo originario de la ocupación a un vasto sector de la economía nacional, con lo cual se viene realizando en gran parte uno de los objetivos esenciales que persigue el citado estatuto agrario de tipo general: la necesidad de reformar la estructura social agraria en Colombia. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | On agrarian social reform, not only to investigate its legislative background of deep social content ranging from the beginning of Hispanic property in Colombia, starting in 1492, through the first republican laws, to the present day, but also for the incorporation of enormous territorial extensions of property of the nation, whose purpose is to transfer them to individuals generally by the original mode of occupation to a vast sector of the national economy, with which one of the essential objectives pursued by the aforementioned general agrarian statute is being largely achieved: the need to reform the agrarian social structure in Colombia. | spa |
