dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de formación académica complementaria a través de una alianza estratégica con el SENA para la articulación de la media en la institución educativa Villas de San Ignacio en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, que permita a los estudiantes al finalizar su bachillerato ser profesionales en menor tiempo, ya que al culminar su técnica, tienen la posibilidad de continuar adelantando la tecnología en el SENA y posteriormente acceder a la educación profesional en universidades que posean convenio con la entidad así como a mejores oportunidades de laborales. La investigación que se llevara a cabo tendrá un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo con investigación documental; donde se implementara una serie de instrumentos que permitan la recolección de datos e información sobre el entorno socioeconómico de la población estudiantil, la importancia y los beneficios de la articulación en la media, así como identificar las necesidades institucionales frente a los requerimientos del SENA. Finalmente, el resultado esperado es una propuesta con tres ofertas de programas de formación académica complementaria acorde a las necesidades del mercado laboral y al contexto socioeconómico y familiar de la población estudiantil de la institución educativa Villas de San Ignaciospa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following research work aims to design a proposal for complementary academic training through a strategic alliance with SENA for the articulation of the media at the Villas de San Ignacio educational institution in the city of Bucaramanga, which allows students to finish their baccalaureate be professionals in less time, since when they finish their technique, they have the possibility of continuing to advance technology in SENA and later access professional education in universities that have an agreement with the entity as well as better job opportunities. The research that will be carried out will have a qualitative approach, of a descriptive type with documentary research; where a series of instruments will be implemented that allow the sufficient collection of data and information on the socioeconomic environment of the student population, the importance and benefits of articulation in the media, as well as identifying the institutional needs against the requirements of SENA.Finally, the expected result is a proposal with three offers of complementary academic training programs according to the needs of the labor market and the socioeconomic and family context of the student population of the Villas de San Ignacio educational institution.spa
