dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de grado está constituido por la recopilación de información suministrada por diferentes fuentes como Internet, entidades del sector agropecuario como el ICA, CDMB, Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, UMATA, ASOHOFRUCOL, libros: Cultivos de Pitaya en Santander, así como personas cultivadoras de la fruta como el Señor José Arvey Gallego entre otros quienes son conocedores del tema a los cuales agradecemos su aporte para la realización del proyecto. Base importante de esta información han sido las experiencias de las personas que laboran en estos cultivos. Esperamos que este Informe, preparado por estudiantes de décimo semestre de Ingeniería de Mercados de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, Sea útil como elemento de Información y orientación para las personas vinculadas al desarrollo de este renglón de la economía de la región de Bucaramanga y del país en general.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	This degree project is constituted by the compilation of information provided by different sources such as the Internet, entities of the agricultural sector such as ICA, CDMB, National Federation of Coffee Growers, UMATA, ASOHOFRUCOL, books: Cultivos de Pitaya en Santander, as well as people who grow of the fruit as Mr. José Arvey Gallego among others who are knowledgeable about the subject to whom we thank for their contribution to the realization of the project. An important basis for this information has been the experiences of the people who work in these crops. We hope that this Report, prepared by students of the tenth semester of Market Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, will be useful as an element of information and guidance for people linked to the development of this line of the economy of the Bucaramanga region and the country usually.	spa
