dc.description.abstractEn el presente texto se exponen los análisis jurisprudenciales de 60 sentencias referidas a los institutos jurídicos de matrimonio y patria potestad proferidas por la Sala de Casación Civil-Familia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en el período comprendido entre 1927 y 1991. Se hace hincapié en la influencia de los hechos sociales y políticos en la labor judicial de la Corte Suprema en el ámbito del Derecho de familia, y se ponen en evidencia las técnicas de interpretación jurídica utilizadas.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis text presents the jurisprudential analyzes of 60 judgments referring to the legal institutes of marriage and parental authority issued by the Civil-Family Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice in the period between 1927 and 1991. Emphasis is placed on the influence of social and political facts on the judicial work of the Supreme Court in the field of family law, and the techniques of legal interpretation used are highlighted.eng
