dc.description.abstractEste estudio presenta al sistema de Mampostería Estructural como otra gran alternativa de los sistemas industrializados en Colombia, El desarrollo de Vivienda masiva (Conjuntos multi familiares) se ha convertido en un factor a tener en cuenta en la población Colombiana, sobre todo en las ciudades capitales; los otros sistemas estructurales analizados en este estudio difieren considerablemente del primer sistema mencionado, ya que los resultados obtenidos verificando su variación en los costos. La investigación inicia por el origen de la Mampostería Estructural, su funcionamiento, características y tipos, e incluye los avances de los sistemas industrializados, sin olvidar la explicación sobre el sistema túnel. Por último se hace un análisis comparativo de los tres sistemas sin variar el área y modificando solamente el diseño estructural, el resultado de este análisis presenta la ventaja económica del Sistema de Mampostería. Estructural ante los otros sistemas estructurales constructivos, teniendo en cuenta la variable tiempo.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study presents the Structural Masonry system as another great alternative to industrialized systems in Colombia. The development of mass housing (multi-family complexes) has become a factor to take into account in the Colombian population, especially in cities capitals; The other structural systems analyzed in this study differ considerably from the first system mentioned, since the results obtained by verifying their variation in costs. The investigation begins with the origin of Structural Masonry, its operation, characteristics and types, and includes the advances of industrialized systems, without forgetting the explanation of the tunnel system. Finally, a comparative analysis of the three systems is made without changing the area and modifying only the structural design. The result of this analysis presents the economic advantage of the Masonry System. Structural compared to other structural construction systems, taking into account the time variable.spa
