| dc.description.abstract | La ley 115, aprobada en el Parlamento en diciembre de 1993 y sancionada por el Presidente en febrero de 1994, llamada también Ley General de Educación, es el fruto de negociaciones desarrolladas durante dos años y medio en las cuales participaron distintos sectores de nuestra sociedad que dejaron allí la impronta de sus intereses. Podemos decir que esta Ley, que hoy se nos presenta como la carta de navegación educativa para finales de este siglo y comienzos del próximo milenio, en sus fortalezas y debilidades, muestra con claridad el tipo de sociedad civil que tenemos en nuestro país y los límites que su corporativisemo le impuso para poder incidir realmente sobre su definición y texto final. | spa |
