dc.description.abstractEl Rector de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, UNAB, en uso de sus facultades legales y en particular de las prescritas en el literal a del artículo Trigésimo Séptimo del Estatuto General de la Corporación, considerando que: 1. La Junta Directiva de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga-Unab, mediante Acuerdo No. 114 de mayo 26 de 2021, aprobó el Reglamento de Propiedad Intelectual para la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga-Unab. 2. Según el literal a) del Artículo 37 del Estatuto General de la Corporación corresponde al Rector cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas legales, estatutarias y reglamentarias vigentes.spa
