dc.description.abstractEn 1651 la teoría Hobbesiana hace su presencia en el LEVIATAN y con él, su determinismo absoluto en beneficio de la sociedad civil, Sustentada en el poder indiscutible del monarca; en donde el soberano se compromete solemnemente a hacer respetar la vida de sus súbditos, de la misma manera que asume como fin supremo el desarrollo de la Paz. Hobbes expone de manera abierta dos fundamentos sobre los que el monarca deberá sostenerse: a) El poder que recibe del pueblo es absoluto. Con ello, se determina que no podrán ser refutadas las decisiones que él asuma. b) La Paz debe ser deseo e intención de todos, absolutamente todos los ciudadanos.spa
