| dc.description.abstract | Mientras que de una parte las naciones de la comunidad europea continúan con la decidida marcha hacia la integración de su gran mercado y hasta se animan a analizar el tratamiento que se le debe dar a las nuevas democracias de la antigua cortina de hierro, con respecto al enorme proyecto de integración regional de 1992, en este lado del continente, permanecemos indecisos, con mentalidad cortoplazista y extremadamente cautelosos sobre lo que debe ser el futuro de Latinoamérica. Como consecuencia, seguimos observando impávidos los tremendos montos de inversión en Europa Oriental, que gracias al optimismo que despierta en las naciones industrializadas el potencial de dicha región. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | While on the one hand the nations of the European community continue with the determined march towards the integration of their large market and even dare to analyze the treatment that should be given to the new democracies of the old iron curtain, with respect to the enormous regional integration project of 1992, on this side of the continent, we remain undecided, with a short-term mentality and extremely cautious about what the future of Latin America should be. As a consequence, we continue to observe undaunted the tremendous amounts of investment in Eastern Europe, thanks to the optimism that the potential of said region awakens in industrialized nations. | spa |
