dc.description.abstractEsta investigación es un estudio cuyo objetivo es identificar eventos de violencia en contextos educativos, particularmente a nivel Universitario y virtual, técnicamente llamados Bullying y Cyberbullying. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo con un diseño no experimental de corte trasversal. Los sujetos fueron 200 estudiantes de una muestra estratificada por carrera y semestre de los 12 programas universitarios de UNISANGIL. Se utilizó como instrumento una adaptación colombiana (Hoyos, 2009) tomado de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, el cual consta de 19 preguntas que buscan revelar conductas de maltrato e identificar los distintos escenarios en el cual se hace presente. Una vez aplicado el instrumentos y analizados los datos, los resultados confirman la presencia de la situación de maltrato entre iguales en el contexto universitario, aunque la situación no es alarmante. El fenómeno se presenta con algunas particularidades a lo largo de todas las edades y semestres, así como en ambos géneros. Se resalta que el maltrato verbal es el que más se presenta, destacándose el hablar mal de él/ella y poner apodos, seguido de la exclusión social.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research is a study whose objective is to identify violent events in educational contexts, particularly at the University and virtual level, technically called Bullying and Cyberbullying. A quantitative scope study was conducted descriptive with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The subjects were 200 students from a sample stratified by major and semester from the 12 UNISANGIL university programs. A Colombian adaptation (Hoyos, 2009) taken from the Autonomous University of Madrid was used as an instrument, which consists of 19 questions that seek to reveal abusive behaviors and identify the different scenarios in which it is present. Once the instruments have been applied and the data analyzed, the results confirm the presence of the situation of peer abuse in the university context, although the situation is not alarming. The phenomenon is presented with some peculiarities throughout all ages and semesters, as well as in both genders. It is highlighted that verbal abuse is the most common, highlighting speaking ill of him/her and calling names, followed by social exclusion.spa
