Enseñanza de los conceptos básicos de la metodología de sistemas expertos mediante mentefactos conceptuales, en Multiexpert Soft LTDA

dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se comprueba que es posible utilizar mentefactos conceptuales como medio para formalizar conocimiento asociado con la metodología de Sistemas Expertos y a su vez transferir ese dicho conocimiento a los miembros de la empresa MultiExpert Soft Ltda, cuatro ingenieros de sistemas que conformaron el grupo de trabajo. Se identificaron tres conceptos principales de la metodología de sistemas Expertos, como son: Conocimiento, Sistemas Expertos y conceptualización, para cada uno de ellos se elaboraron sus respectivos mentefactos y se diseñaron también una prueba de diagnóstico por cada concepto. Inicialmente se aplica un pretest para el concepto de Sistemas Expertos y posteriormente se realiza una sesión donde se le presenta a los participantes el mentefacto conceptual sin explicar nada absolutamente de su estructura. Se asigna un tiempo para su estudio y posteriormente se solicita al participante que obtuvo el menor puntaje en la prueba de pretest, que haga una exposición del concepto. Se observa cualitativamente un manejo del concepto completo y coherente. Posteriormente se aplica la prueba pretest y se detecta una mejora de dicha persona de 67% (la más alta). A nivel global, en suma todos los participantes mejoran 59% en su prueba postest.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this work it is proven that it is possible to use conceptual minds as a means to formalize knowledge associated with the Expert Systems methodology and in turn transfer this knowledge to the members of the company MultiExpert Soft Ltda, four systems engineers who formed the working group. . Three main concepts of the Expert systems methodology were identified, such as: Knowledge, Expert Systems and conceptualization, for each of them their respective mindfacts were developed and a diagnostic test was also designed for each concept. Initially, a pretest is applied for the concept of Expert Systems and subsequently a session is held where the conceptual concept is presented to the participants without explaining anything at all about its structure. A time is assigned for its study and subsequently the participant who obtained the lowest score in the pretest is asked to make a presentation of the concept. A complete and coherent management of the concept is qualitatively observed. Subsequently, the pretest is applied and an improvement of 67% (the highest) is detected in said person. At a global level, in sum all participants improve 59% in their post-test.spa
