dc.description.abstractEl hombro doloroso es un hallazgo clínico frecuente como consecuencia de inestabilidad de la articulación glenohumeral, anomalías que afectan el tendón del bíceps, necrosis isquémica ósea, tendinitis calcificante, osteoartrosis degenerativ y lesiones del manguito rotador (1, 2, 3). La patología que predispone a esta situación ha sido atribuida a anomalías de las superficies articulares, el labrum glenoideo, los ligamentos glenohumerales y del manguito rotador, sometiendo a luxaciones o subluxaciones recurrentes del hombro que de manera repetitiva llevan a rupturas y avulsiones de dichas estructuras.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishShoulder pain is a common clinical finding as a consequence of glenohumeral joint instability, abnormalities affecting the biceps tendon, ischemic bone necrosis, calcific tendinitis, degenerative osteoarthritis and rotator cuff injuries (1, 2, 3). The pathology that predisposes to this situation has been attributed to anomalies of the articular surfaces, the glenoid labrum, the ligaments glenohumeral and rotator cuff, subjecting to dislocations or Recurrent shoulder subluxations that repeatedly lead to ruptures and avulsions of these structures.spa
