| dc.description.abstract | El hueso es un tejido dinámico que provee soporte mecánico protección física, es un sitio de almacenamiento para minerales y capacita la génesis del movimiento. La biología ósea (astrobiología) es regulada por el balance entre la formación osteoblástica y la resorción osteclástica. La homeostasis del hueso esquelético es influenciada por componentes del órgano medular óseo, el sistema neuroendocrino y el sistema hematoinmune. La propuesta de esta revisión es describir la biodinámica del órgano óseo, la terapéutica actual con el plasma rico en plaquetas en regeneración ósea guiada, un método coquirúrgico empleado para incrementar la cantidad y la calidad del hueso.[García A, GarcÍa GA, Mejía OR, Clavijo D, Casadiego CA. | dc.description.abstractenglish | Bone is a dynamic tissue that provides mechanical support, physical protection, is a storage site for minerals and enables the genesis of movement. Bone biology (astrobiology) is regulated by the balance between osteoblastic formation and osteoclastic resorption. Skeletal bone homeostasis is influenced by components of the bone marrow organ, the neuroendocrine system, and the hematoimmune system.
