| dc.description.abstract | Las soluciones informáticas en las empresas marcan un factor decisivo al momento de generar nuevos negocios, impulsar el crecimiento y ser competitivo en su entorno. Variedad de aplicaciones comerciales permiten suplir estas necesidades, brindando soluciones completas, garantizando resultados óptimos para toma de decisiones. El reto en este momento es lograr integrar los sistemas de información libres, para generar soluciones completas que ayuden a las pequeñas y medianas empresas en su proceso de desarrollo. Con este proyecto se buscó investigar, analizar y desarrollar una metodología para la integración de aplicaciones empresariales. Para la selección se establecieron variables de decisión altamente relevantes en el proyecto, lo que arrojó como resultado la metodología TBI (Total Business Integración). Teniendo como bases el tamaño del grupo y el tiempo se decidió tomar como pilar la metodología TBI y a partir de la misma realizar modificaciones ajustadas a la integración de prototipos. El prototipo final está constituido fundamentalmente de dos herramientas empresariales como son el ERP y CRM. Previamente se realizó una investigación de cada una de las herramientas halladas en software libre, encontrando así, ventajas y desventajas las cuales tuvieron un alto índice de relevancia al momento de seleccionar los dos sistemas a integrar. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The IT solutions in companies are a decisive factor when generating new business, driving growth and being competitive in their environment. A variety of commercial applications allow to meet these needs, providing complete solutions, guaranteeing optimal results for decision-making. The challenge at this time is to integrate free information systems, to generate complete solutions that help small and medium-sized companies in their development process. This project sought to investigate, analyze and develop a methodology for the integration of business applications. For the selection, highly relevant decision variables were established in the project, which resulted in the TBI (Total Business Integration) methodology. Taking the size of the group and the time as bases, it was decided to take the TBI methodology as a pillar and from there make modifications adjusted to the integration of prototypes. The final prototype is basically made up of two business tools such as ERP and CRM. Previously, an investigation of each of the tools found in free software was carried out, thus finding advantages and disadvantages which had a high relevance index when selecting the two systems to integrate. | eng |
