| dc.description.abstract | Esta cuestión ha suscilado controversia en la doctrina Colombiana, ante la dificultad que se presenta al momento de interpretar el sentido jurídico del “MODO” y el “titulo”, como fuentes generadoras de propiedad. Así, en el artículo 673 del C.C. se consagran los “modos de adquirir el dominio” y el 765 del mismo se refiere al “justo título”, que puede ser “constitutivo o iraslaticio de dominio”. | spa |
