| dc.description.abstract | Creación de una aplicación web con implementación de un chatbot por medio de la cual, los proveedores de la Unab puedan realizar la autogestión de sus cuentas por pagar. En la actualidad, el éxito de los negocios se ve representado no solo por la aceptación del producto o servicio que se ofrece, sino por la capacidad de retener a los clientes y proveedores. Esta ardua tarea requiere de amplios esfuerzos para destacar logrando consolidar procesos eficientes y ágiles, además de estar a la vanguardia en el uso de la tecnología, y lograr que clientes y proveedores se sientan satisfechos con la relación entre ellos y la empresa. Teniendo en cuenta esta necesidad y el auge tecnológico que tiende cada vez más hacia automatización de procesos y por consiguiente la auto “atención”, o también llamada autogestión. El siguiente trabajo se desarrolló con el fin de llevar a una institución de educación superior hacia esa optimización en sus procesos de atención de proveedores mediante la implementación de una aplicación web con servicio de chatbot que le permita, a dichos proveedores, la posibilidad de realizar la consulta del estado de sus cuentas por pagar y realizar seguimiento a sus pagos de forma inmediata y ágil, reduciendo tiempo y esfuerzo de parte de la empresa, y procurando la satisfacción en ambas partes. | spa |

Today, business success is represented not only by the acceptance of the product or service being offered, but by the ability to retain customers and suppliers. This arduous task requires extensive efforts to stand out, consolidating efficient and agile processes, in addition to being at the forefront in the use of technology, and ensuring that customers and suppliers feel satisfied with the relationship between them and the company. Taking into account this need and the technological boom that tends more and more towards automation of processes and therefore self “attention”, or also called self-management. The following work was developed in order to lead a higher education institution towards this optimization in its supplier service processes through the implementation of a web application with a chatbot service that allows these suppliers the possibility of performing the Consult the status of your accounts payable and track your payments immediately and quickly, reducing time and effort on the part of the company, and ensuring satisfaction in both parties. | eng |
