dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se describe la importancia de un sistema de salud sostenible en Colombia que garantice el derecho a la salud digna en el marco de los desafíos globales actuales. Inicialmente se plantea la definición de un sistema de salud sostenible y por qué el actual sistema de salud Colombiano no es sostenible debido a la estructura de la libre competencia en la prestación de los servicios de salud en los cuales este se basa. Luego se identifican y analizan características sostenibles en sistemas de salud de distintos países. Finalmente se realiza una aproximación a las características que debería contener un sistema de salud sostenible en Colombiaspa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis paper describes the importance of a sustainable health system in Colombia that guarantees the right to decent health within the framework of current global challenges. Initially, the definition of a sustainable health system is proposed and why the current Colombian health system is not sustainable due to the structure of free competition in the provision of health services on which it is based.
