| dc.description.abstract | El régimen resulta del ejercicio de facultades extraordinarias que el Congreso de la República le dio al Presidente, en las sesiones del año pasado, que se convirtió en la Ley 51/88, este tema tiene especial significación en la vida empresarial del país; representa y recoge una serie de anhelos y trabajos que se vienen gestando desde hace varios años. Ustedes me van a excusar que en esta exposición no haga una referencia de corte estrictamente jurídico, los procesalistas van a salir un poco defraudados de esta reunión. La presentación mía es de corte empresarial, porque se trata de una visión en ese sentido que le permita al Contador Público tener un panorama general frente a esta institución tan importante. | spa |
