| dc.description.abstract | El interés que el tema suscita se deriva del propósito que ha llevado a los autores del nuevo estatuto tratar de abreviar y simplificar los trámites relacionados con el proceso sucesoral. A no dudarlo, por circunstancias de índole diversa, los juicios referidos, en forma indiscriminada, suelen ser objeto en su desarrollo de exageradas demoras, acaso más atribuibles a incidencias no derivadas del trámite impuesto en la ley procesal, que a otros sucesos en los cuales inciden factores de índole diversa relacionados con el descuido de las partes interesadas, y también, en repetidas ocasiones, producidas por la ineludible intervención de funcionarios oficiales, particularmente de cuantos tienen que ver con el aspecto fiscal de los distintos juicios. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The interest that the subject arouses is derived from the purpose that has led the authors of the new statute to try to shorten and simplify the procedures related to the inheritance process. Undoubtedly, due to circumstances of a diverse nature, the trials referred to, indiscriminately, tend to be subject to exaggerated delays in their development, perhaps more attributable to incidents not derived from the procedure imposed by the procedural law, than to other events in which factors of a diverse nature related to the carelessness of the interested parties, and also, on repeated occasions, produced by the unavoidable intervention of public officials, particularly those who have to do with the fiscal aspect of the different trials. | spa |
