| dc.description.abstract | El Código de la Nación Colombiana está vigente desde hace más de 114 años; lo que quiere decir que el aniversario tímida y tardíamente celebrado en este año, debió conmemorarse en 1.973 y no en 1.987. En efecto, el Código Civil fue sancionado como el de la Nación el 26 de mayo de 1.873, La ley 57 de 1.887 que se toma como referencia para el hoy recordado aniver- sario, lo que hizo fue Sancionar nuevamente el anterior Código Civil. | spa |
