dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación presenta la implementación de reglas y estrategias en un curso virtual para mejorar la iteración entre sus integrantes y lograr promocionar de manera efectiva la cooperación que es clave para resolver los dilemas sociales que se presentan en un curso virtual. Para esto se diseña una evaluación que midió la cooperación en un curso virtual libre. Se diseñan las estrategias y reglas que permitan la cooperación entre sus miembros. Y se evalúa nuevamente el curso para medir el grado de cooperación alcanzada. A partir de los resultados, se concluye que se sugiere cambios en los cursos virtuales para lograr una cooperación aun mas efectiva; dichos cambios serian en las reglas y estrategias del curso.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research work presents the implementation of rules and strategies in an online course to improve the iteration between its members and advertise effectively achieve cooperation is key to solving social dilemmas that arise in a virtual course. For this evaluation that measured cooperation in a free online course is designed. Strategies and rules that allow cooperation among its members are designed. And another look at the course to measure the degree of cooperation achieved. From the results, we conclude that changes suggested in online courses for an even more effective cooperation, such changes would be in the rules and strategies of the course.eng
