dc.description.abstractLa terapia cognitivo narrativa es una forma de terapia que se interesa fundamentalmente en las historias que la gente construye sobre su vida y su identidad, presumiendo que los individuos tienen muchas habilidades que pueden tener uso en psicoterapia a fin de cambiar la manera en que son vistos e interpretados los problemas. Los individuos generalmente tienen una visión limitada en la forma de interpretar las experiencias, puesto que son excluidos o descartados otros acontecimientos que deben ser tenidos en cuenta para generar una historia alternativa que permita proveer una visión más adaptativa de la realidad. En este sentido, a través del presente trabajo se pretende desarrollar una investigación en la cual se resuma y organice los resultados hallados dentro de estudios acerca de la Terapia Narrativa, de manera que de claridad sobre el marco conceptual y práctico que se ha desarrollado en torno a este tema.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishCognitive Narrative Therapy is a form of therapy that is primarily interested in the stories people construct about their lives and their identity, assuming that individuáis have many skills that may have application in psychotherapy in order to change the way they are viewed and interpreted the problems. Individuáis generally have a limited view on how to interpret the experiences, which are excluded or ruled out other events that must be taken into account to generate a story to provide an alternative for adaptive visión of reality. In this sense, through this work it aims to develop a research in which summarize and organize the results found in studies of Narrative Therapy, so that gives clarity on the conceptual and practical framework that has developed around this issue.spa
