dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo relaciona, en el contexto del post con!ic management, el marco teórico formado por tres vértices (ius post bellum, paz positiva y justicia transicional) con la experiencia de cambio constitucional iniciada por la presidenta Bachelet en Chile durante el año 2016. La re!exión teórica y el análisis de lo sucedido permiten elaborar unas conclusiones provisionales en torno a dos niveles de análisis. Por un lado, una aproximación de carácter más teórico, donde se pone de relieve la idoneidad de triángulo teórico propuesto para comprender el estudio de caso. Y, por otro lado, la validez del proceso de cambio constitucional en Chile durante 2016 para comprender la coyuntura actual tras las revueltas populares y el plebiscito de entrada que tuvo lugar durante el gobierno de Piñera, y la reciente oposición social ante el nuevo texto constitucional impulsado por el nuevo gobierno de Gabriel Boric. Con todo, se propone la experiencia chilena como estudio de caso que puede aportar elementos extrapolables a otros contextos post con!icto.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article links, in the context of post con!ict management, the three issues theoretical framework (ius post bellum, positive peace and transitional justice), with the experience of constitutional change carried out by President Bachelet in Chile during 2016. The theoretical re!ection and the analysis of the facts make it possible to draw provisional conclusions around two levels of analysis. On the one hand, a theoretical approach where we remarks the utility of the theoretical triangle to understand the Chilean case study. In addition, on the other hand, the utility of the Chilean constitutional change experience during 2016 to understand the current conjuncture after the social revolution and the entry plebiscite during Piñera’s government, and the recent opposition to the new constitutional developed by the new Gabriel Boric government. For all that, we propose the Chilean case study that can provides elements that would be useful for other post con!ict contexts.eng
