dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo morfométrico se estudiaron ciento veinte especÍmenes de la articulación temporomandibular humana (ATM), obtenidos de material cadavérico fresco, mediante abordaje a través de la fosa craneal media. A los bloques articulares se resecaron sus estructuras musculares e incidieron sus cápsulas; luego se procedió a realizar mediciones del cóndilo componente temporal y disco articular.Palabras clave: Articulación, Articulación temporomandibular, Fosa mandibular, cóndilo.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this morphometric work, one hundred and twenty specimens of the human temporomandibular joint (TMJ) were studied, obtained from fresh cadaveric material, through an approach through the middle cranial fossa. The muscular structures of the articular blocks were resected and their capsules incised; Then measurements were made of the temporal component condyle and articular disc.
