| dc.description.abstract | La extubación es un proceso importante en la atención de los pacientes en estado crítico que ya no requiere del apoyo ventilatorio invasivo y su éxito se puede comprometer por múltiples factores. Debemos tener herramientas de facil acceso y operabilidad. La ultrasonografía diafragmática se perfila como un método no invasivo y reproducible a la hora de definir la presencia de disfunción del diafragma y puede catalogar el riesgo de fracaso para la extubación. | spa |
