dc.description.abstractLa Junta Directiva de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, en adelante UNAB, es el órgano encargado de orientar las actividades de la Corporación. La Junta es el máximo órgano de dirección y control de la Universidad. Su principal responsabilidad es la definición de la estrategia y la visión de largo plazo de la Universidad. En ese sentido, la responsabilidad de administrar y liderar el giro ordinario de la Universidad recae en la Rectoría y su equipo de dirección. Las actuaciones de la Junta Directiva deberán enmarcarse siempre en lo dispuesto en la regulación aplicable, los estatutos y el presente reglamento.spa
