| dc.description.abstract | Los valores de trabajo contribuyen al desarrollo de políticas detalento humano correspondientes a los intereses de individuosque serán integrados al mercado laboral. El propósito de esteestudio es identificar los valores de trabajo que son predominante en los universitarios de Bucaramangaclasificados en la generación Z con el fin de orientar a las organizaciones en la reestructuración de sus prácticas de talento humano, especialmente por la diversidad generacional que hoy converge en el mundo laboral. Para esto, se ha tomado unamuestra no probabilística de 86 participantes cuya información fue analizada a través de técnicas de estadística descriptiva conel propósito de reconocer el grado de importancia que losuniversitarios les atribuyen a los valores laborales clasificadosen intrínsecos, extrínsecos, sociales y de prestigio. El análisis de resultados permitió concluir que los estudiantes de la generaciónZ consideran los valores extrínsecos como muy importantes a lahora de decidir escoger o permanecer en una empresa. Luego, se encuentran en un nivel de importancia los valores intrínsecos, seguido de los valores sociales y de prestigio respectivamente. | dc.description.abstractenglish | Work values contribute to the development of human talent policies corresponding to the interests of individuals who will Work values contribute to the development of human talent policies corresponding to the interests of individuals who will be integrated into the labor market. The purpose of this study isto identify the work values that are predominant in Bucaramanga university students classified in generation Z in order to guide organizationsin the restructuring of their human talent practices,especially due to the generational diversity that today converge in the labor world. For this purpose, a sample of 86 participants was taken, whose information was analyzed through descriptivestatistical techniques with the purpose of recognizing the degree of importance that university students attribute to the values classified asintrinsic, extrinsic,social and prestige. The analysis of the results led to the conclusion that Generation Z students consider extrinsic values as very important when deciding to choose or remain in a company. Intrinsic values are next in importance, followed by social and prestige valuesrespectively. | spa |
