| dc.description.abstract | La toma de decisiones en las unidades de negocio de la Banca por Internet Empresas del sector financiero es de gran importancia, ya que permiten aportar a la transformación digital y a la innovación de sus clientes. Sin embargo, para obtener la información para la toma de decisiones se utilizan extensos procesos que originan el mal uso del tiempo y los recursos. El estado del arte muestra soluciones de Business Intelligence en distintas áreas financieras, sin embargo, no se ha encontrado optimizaciones para la banca por internet empresas o el ciclo de desarrollo de software de Business Intelligence. Este trabajo propone el desarrollo de una solución de Business Intelligence aplicando una nueva metodología basada en buenas prácticas metodológicas y ágiles con el objetivo de optimizar la toma de decisiones disminuyendo el tiempo, el número de personas y el costo generado en la obtención de la información para la toma de decisiones. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Decision-making in the business units of Internet Banking Companies in the financial sector is of great importance. These allow them to contribute to the digital transformation and innovation of their clients. However, to obtain the information for decision making, extensive processes are used that cause the misuse of time and resources. The state of the art shows Business Intelligence solutions in different financial areas, however, no optimizations have been found for internet banking companies or the Business Intelligence software development cycle. This work proposes the development of a Business Intelligence solution applying a new methodology based on good methodological and agile practices with the aim of optimizing decision making by reducing the time, the number of people and the cost generated in obtaining the information for decision making. | eng |
