| dc.description.abstract | Cuando se hace el análisis de la situación colombiana, para obtener un diagnóstico de los males que aquejan a la población colombiana, inmediatamente surgen dos cuestiones fundamentales: de una parte, la opulencia ofensiva de unos pocos; que disponen de toda clase de bienes y servicios, y derrochan poder y riqueza, y la indigencia de un altísimo porcentaje de colombianos, que de hecho tiene la condición de parias dentro del Estado; de otra parte, los que en el lenguaje común se ha llamado "La Violencia”. | spa |
