dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de grado realizado tuvo como objetivo general hacer una propuesta de comercialización de la piña a través de la Bolsa Nacional Agropecuaria. Para desarrollar este proyecto, se realizo un diagnostico de la piña para identificar las características de negociación de esta fruta, se llegó a la conclusión que la piña mas apta para su comercialización es la piña perolera ya que es la de mayor producción en el país, contiene mejor calidad en su sabor, y es sembrada en la región de Santander, además que la demanda encontrada es referente a esta variedad. En el proceso de investigación se identificaron todos los riesgos que están presentes en un tipo de negociación como esta. El instrumento financiero que mas se adapta para la comercialización de la piña en la BNA es el forward esto se pudo concluir después de analizar todos los demás instrumentos que se utilizan en la bolsa, de acuerdo a los beneficios que este brinda para este tipo de comercialización. También se realizo una comparación de la comercialización actual de la piña y la comercialización a través de la BNA y se sacaron ventajas y desventajas de cada una, se identificaron los costos que incurren en realizar un contrato forward. Después de realizada toda la investigación se llego a la conclusión que en la falta de información que hay en el sector frutícola de las modalidades de negociación en la BNA crean desconfianza en los productores, ellos no saben que esta organización les pueden brindar mayor seguridad y confiabilidad en sus negocios, además comprobamos que realizar una negociación por medio de la BNA genera una gran rentabilidad. El forward más que un cubrimiento en la volatilidad de los precios, en Colombia es el cubrimiento del riesgo de incertidumbre en la venta de la fruta.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe general objective of the degree work carried out was to make a proposal for the marketing of pineapple through the National Agricultural Exchange. To develop this project, a diagnosis of pineapple was carried out to identify the negotiation characteristics of this fruit, it was concluded that the most suitable pineapple for commercialization is the perolera pineapple since it is the one with the highest production in the country. It contains better quality in its flavor, and it is planted in the Santander region, in addition to the fact that the demand found is related to this variety. In the research process, all the risks that are present in a type of negotiation like this were identified. The financial instrument that is most adapted for the commercialization of pineapple in the BNA is the forward, this could be concluded after analyzing all the other instruments that are used in the stock market, according to the benefits that it provides for this type of commercialization. . A comparison was also made of the current marketing of pineapple and the marketing through the BNA and advantages and disadvantages of each were taken, the costs incurred in making a forward contract were identified. After conducting all the research, it was concluded that the lack of information that exists in the fruit sector of the negotiation modalities in the BNA creates distrust in the producers, they do not know that this organization can provide them with greater security and reliability In their businesses, we also verify that conducting a negotiation through the BNA generates great profitability.
