| dc.description.abstract | Bajo la dirección de la Asociación Colombiana de Relaciones de Trabajo (ASCORT), y con la participación entusiasta y decidida de cerca de quinientos representantes de diversas empresas, instituciones y agremiaciones se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Medellín el segundo Congreso sobre Cultura Organizacional Participativa. Los asistentes, en su mayoría jefes de personal, relacionistas industriales o directores de recursos humanos tuvieron la oportunidad de intercambiar opiniones y puntos de vista sobre aspectos que se enmarcan en las nuevas tendencias de la administración humanista es decir, de la teoría y la práctica de la administración antropocéntrica. | spa |
