dc.description.abstractEn este contexto se han desarrollado muchas teorías sobre la gestión organizacional, y es posible afirmar que todas ellas tienen razón, en un contexto específico, pero no en un contexto general. La implantación automática de teorías sin reconocer el entorno de cada organización ha provocado resultados contradictorios en muchas empresas y ha generado escepticismo sobre el potencial real de resultado de estas teorías. Un ejemplo interesante de esto es el trabajo de Hofstede (1993) donde reflexiona sobre diferentes concepciones de gestión alrededor del mundo.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this context many theories about organizational management have been developed, and it is possible to affirm that all of them are right, in a specific context, but not in a general context. Automatic implantation of theories with- out recognizing the environment of each organization has caused contradic- tory results in many companies and it has generated skepticism about the real potential of come of these theories. An interesting example of this, is the work of Hofstede(1993) where he reflects about different management conceptions around the world.spa
