| dc.description.abstract | El impacto negativo de las creencias religiosas y sociales, por un lado, y las condiciones económicas adversas, por el otro, restringieron el desarrollo de la educación gerencial en América Latina hasta la década de 1960. A partir del archivo de los años 60, Fuerzas como el éxito económico cubano, el interés nacional para el desarrollo económico y la Alianza para el Progreso cambiaron las creencias religiosas y sociales de negativas a positivas. En las décadas de 1980 y 1990, la globalización económica, los constantes cambios socioeconómicos y tecnológicos y la competencia internacional aceleraron aún más el desarrollo de la educación gerencial en el área de archivos. Sin embargo, este desarrollo creó la apariencia de una red de educación gerencial de dos niveles: escuelas de negocios de élite e instituciones que ofrecen educación gerencial de menor calidad. | spa |
