Hacemos especial hincapié en vitíligo.[Rojas RF, Vergara JI. dc.description.abstractenglishNarrowband UVB radiation is a phototherapy modality, used in various dermatological diseases. It has become very popular in recent years due to its efficacy and few adverse effects. It is considered of choice in generalized vitiligo and is also useful in psoriasis plaques, atopic dermatitis and initial stages of mycosis fungoides, among other dermatoses. The indication for its use and other available alternatives, as well as pathologies or conditions that contraindicate its use, must be clearly valued. A review of the main indications, possible contraindications and adverse effects is presented. We place special emphasis on vitiligo [Rojas RF, Vergara JI.
