| dc.description.abstract | Las ciencias naturales a lo largo de este siglo han logrado discernir muchas características estructurales y funcionales de las membranas celulares que pretenden comprender las condiciones fisiológicas para que la vida permanezca. Es así como el estudio de la estructura molecular de las balsas lipídicas presentes en las membranas celulares podría llevar a explicar los fenómenos fisiopatológicos que aún no se comprenden completamente en el desarrollo de las enfermedades tipo Diabetes Mellitus, Alzheimer y SIDA. Por tanto, el presente trabajo pretende recopilar toda la producción científica que articula el conocimiento entre las balsas lipídicas y las enfermedades complejas. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Over the course of this century, natural science has achieved the understanding in the structural and functional characteristics of cell membranes which intend to explain physiological conditions for life to continue (or remain). This provides a basis forstudying the lipidic rafts molecular structure present in the cell membranes, thus leading to describe the pathophysiological phenomena not clearly understood in developing diseases like Diabeter Mellits, Alzheimer and HIV. Therefore, the following work proposes to compile the overall scientific production coherently associated between the lipidic rafts and the complex diseases. | spa |
