| dc.description.abstract | El elemento humano es el recurso más importante para las organizaciones porque a través de ellos los recursos técnicos y materiales son utilizados para lograr los objetivos de la empresa. Los empresarios son conscientes de que los objetivos de tipo económico, difícilmente podrían lograrse sí no Se cumple con los intereses de las personas vinculadas a ellos y debido a la importancia del recurso humano en la empresa es necesario establecer su costo, lo cual se puede realizar a través de un sistema contable llamado Contabilidad de los Recursos Humanos. A través de esta investigación se hicieron los primeros esfuerzos para que se tome conciencia de la Inversión realizada en este recurso, ya que la creciente complejidad tecnológica conduce a las organizaciones a invertir grandes sumas de dinero para incrementar las habilidades, talento, destreza y conocimientos de los trabajadores. | spa |
