dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir el potencial de riesgo de Burnout y Desgaste por empatía, así como el Potencial de Satisfacción, por medio del "Test autoaplicado de desgaste por empatía y satisfacción en profesionales" (Figley y Stamm 1997), en 120 profesionales de la salud que laboran en tres instituciones de salud mental en Bucaramanga. Se realizó por medio de un diseño no experimental descriptivo-correlacional transversal. Los resultados permitieron establecer un diagnóstico positivo caracterizado por niveles de riesgo de Burnout y Desgaste por empatía muy bajos, así como una tendencia mayoritaria de potencial alto de satisfacción. Además, se establecieron correlaciones estadísticas importantes entre las variables sociodemográficas y las áreas de evaluación de la prueba, por medio de los procedimientos de Ji Cuadrada y Coeficiente Rho de Spearman, que apoyan el diagnóstico positivo.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this research was to describe the potential risk of Burnout and Burnout due to empathy, as well as the Potential for Satisfaction, through the "Self-applied test of burnout due to empathy and satisfaction in professionals" (Figley and Stamm 1997), in 120 professionals. of health who work in three mental health institutions in Bucaramanga. It was carried out through a cross-sectional descriptive-correlational non-experimental design. The results allowed us to establish a positive diagnosis characterized by very low levels of risk of Burnout and Weariness due to empathy, as well as a majority tendency of high potential for satisfaction. In addition, important statistical correlations were established between the sociodemographic variables and the areas of evaluation of the test, through the Chi Square and Spearman's Rho Coefficient procedures, which support the positive diagnosis.spa
