| dc.description.abstract | La etapa de postcosecha tiene una gran importancia en el proceso productivo de cualquier cultivo, pero debido a la falta de tecnificación en el campo colombiano, casos como los del cacao, se presentan practicas artesanales las cuales afectan la calidad del producto, como por ejemplo: la identificación de la madurez de sus mazorcas realizada de manera visual; por ello se presenta esta investigación en la cual, se logró proponer una solución al problema anterior haciendo uso de visión por computador y aprendizaje profundo, implementando redes neuronales convolucionales, como lo es YOLO, para ser utilizadas por un dispositivo móvil en el campo colombiano. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The post-harvest stage is of great importance for the productive process of any crop plantation, however, given the lack of technification in the Colombian countryside, cases such as the one in the cocoa crops exists, where there is no way to know the precise ripeness of a cocoa pod unless some expert goes and visually checks it. Thus, the foundation for this research work was to give a solution to this problem, resulting in the development of a mobile app that uses Computer Vision and Deep Learning techniques such as CNNs and YOLO, to infer theripeness state of a cocoa pod. | spa |
