dc.description.abstractAl estudiar el divorcio institución de gran transcendencia socio-jurídica en nuestro medio político Colombiano he tratado en esta obra de profundizar cómo ha venido evolucionando a través de las distintas etapas que ha sufrido le humanidad y nuestro pais, debido a criterios politicos-religiosos que son los que han marcado los virajes del desarrollo jurídico en el mundo y en Colombia. Me he basado para este estudio, en apuntes bibliográficos de grandes autores y maestros en la materia divorcista, tretendo, de mezclarlos con mis Infimos conocimientos en la materia para tratar de hacer un trabajo que sirva como medio de interés cultural y desarrollar inquietudes en esta materia; pare que en un futuro sea posible que lo tengan en cuenta y para — ello he colocado lo mejor de mis pensamientos, conocimientos y sensibilidades; utilizando estilos claros y comprensibles a través de todo este estudio para que el lector sienta la emoción del problema y se interese en esta para lograr así que la obra llegue a cada uno de ellos.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishBy studying divorce, an institution of great socio-legal importance in our Colombian political environment, I have tried in this work to deepen how it has evolved through the different stages that humanity and our country has suffered, due to political-religious criteria that are those that have marked the changes in legal development in the world and in Colombia. For this study, I have based myself on bibliographic notes of great authors and teachers in the subject of divorce, tretendo, mixing them with my inferior knowledge on the subject to try to do a work that serves as a means of cultural interest and develop concerns in this matter. ; so that in the future it will be possible for them to take it into account and for this I have put the best of my thoughts, knowledge and sensibilities; using clear and understandable styles throughout this study so that the reader feels the emotion of the problem and becomes interested in it, thus ensuring that the work reaches each of them.spa
