Cycling is a repetitive sport that requires a lot of prolonged power over time. The knee and ankle are two joints that require being in good shape to achieve well results and avoid injuries. But these joints being of high cadence movements have high levels of injury. One of the most common is presented by the varus or valgus standing, which impacts on the knees making it not to fight linearly from a frontal view and presenting the lesion. Therefore, it is proposed to build a wedge between the cyclist's shoe and the pedal to correct the varus or valgus angle. With this it is achieved that the knee can have an almost linear trajectory. It is going to analyze if this wedge can also modify biomechanical variables in the lower extremities of the cyclist.spa
